Navigating Induction & Augmentation
2hr virtual session where we discuss how to navigate your induction or augmentation. Everything from adjusting medication protocols, how to request different induction or augmentation methods and much more.

Birth + Postpartum Planning
One, 2 hour virtual session designed to offer support and guidance surrounding birth plans (for any birthing style) and postpartum planning. Great for those who might be birthing in spaces where doulas are not allowed as well as those who have a limited budget.

Childbirth Education
A 4hr in person or virtual course to help you learn the mechanics of birth, navigating labor and birth, comfort techniques, to help families feel in control, relieve anxiety, decrease pain medications (if desired) and medical interventions, and empower expectant families in their transition to parenthood.

**Group: $2,035 (Up to 8 birthing people + support person)
Planning + Comfort Techniques
2 hour sessions (1 virtual and 1 in person) designed to offer support and guidance surrounding birth plans (for any birthing style), postpartum planning and plus labor comfort, pain management and relaxation techniques. Great for those who do not want in person doula services.
